As we all know, levels of everything decline with age, from collagen to the ability to absorb nutrients to the ability of the body to mop up all the debris from inter cellular activity. But what if there was a supplement that worked at a cellular level to give cells the energy they need to carry out all their activities no matter our age? And then clean up after itself, leaving no toxic load floating around and causing mayhem?
All these declining factors are part of the ageing process
Lifestyle plays a big part in slowing down these factors and massively pays off the older you get. I’ve always believed that supplements, alongside a healthy eating regime, are of great benefit as well.
They are calling NAD the secret to prolonged youthfulness
NAD has been spoken about with great excitement in the last few years and many experts believe it to be a game changer. So I was beyond excited when one of my favourite companies, Rejuvenated, brought out a new supplement called Regenerate. It not only contains NMN, which is a precursor to NAD, but also Resveratrol which is great for skin.
Of course I had to ask Rejuvenated founder, Kathryn Danzey, all about it. It turns out that Regenerate has everything you could possibly need in a supplement. I’m hugely impressed with it and am now religiously taking it very day.
If you’d like to check it out, you can do so by going to the GLYNIS LOVES page or just click below here (by using the code AGELESS you can get free P&P in the UK):

Hi Glynis. I regularly get sick through not enough clothes on when I go outside eg tshirt at night in summer when I should have a jumper on as well. This causes me to have a sore throat, bring up green phlegm, bit of a temperature and extremely weak. I know you did mention in 1 of your emails what you take (supplements, vitamins etc) when acting on tour, to prevent getting sick at the slightest hint of someone else being sick. But unfortunately I’ve deleted this 1 by accident. I went to a local, independent Healthfood shop, here in Belfast. The owner recommended I take D3 regularly, was going to do this anyway. But to also take vitamin C 4 times a day until I’m better and then take 1 a day thereafter. I know you yourself had recommended to take a few things. Could you please let know what these are. Thank you. P.S. I’m coming to see you at the Grand Opera House in a few weeks & really want to be better by then. Clare xx
