I decided on the spur of the moment to video my treatment
This was not exactly easy, as you can imagine, as I had to hold my phone camera away at arms length, selfie style. It’s therefore all a bit wonky and not exactly flattering but it’s my first Ageless video so woohoo!
The treatment is called Photodynamic therapy and uses LED red light

However after searching their site I couldn’t find it anywhere so, as recommended by the owner of the clinic Lesley Reynolds, I’m adding a link to their Vitamin Drip Mask instead.
This is a quick and easy beauty treatment and some people do it every week according to Jessica.
