I am an enthusiastic supplement taker and am convinced that supplements have hugely benefited my health.
Today I look at a new brand of supplements called DoSe, the same company that does amazing skincare products at very affordable prices.
In the video below I show the four supplements I’ve been trialling and I’m extremely impressed with them all.
Magnesium Complex
The reason I like this one is because it has eight different types of magnesium in it, whereas many brands only have one or two. Magnesium in an incredibly important mineral that’s required by every cell in the body. It helps promote muscle relaxation and is important for bone health.
Sleep Tight
I like taking natural supplements when I need help with my sleep. This version contains a number of natural herbs and nutrients to help aid sleep. It contains, among other things, valerian root which is well known for supporting sleep, magnesium and theanine which stimulates alpha waves to create deep relaxation.
Superior Joints
I was particularly looking forward to trying this one as I do tend to have achy joints. It is their fastest growing supplement and after taking it for the last month, I understand why. It contains Natural Eggshell Membrane which is a source of chondroitin, hyaluronic acid and collagen, all essential for healthy joints. NEM is clinically proven to reduce pain and stiffness. It also has ginger and turmeric to help reduce inflammation, as well as a number of other great compounds. It’s great for anyone with arthritis or achy joints and helps relieve pain and inflammation.
Liposomal Glutathione
A very bioavailable form of this powerful antioxidant. It’s one of the most important antioxidants in the body but depletes over time due to stress, age or a poor diet. It’s important for immune health and fighting all those free radicals in the body that cause oxidative stress. It’s also is a natural detoxifier.
