I sit down to talk once again with hypnotherapist Zoë Clews. This time we focus on anxiety and depression which is Zoë’s speciality. She describes anxiety as acting as a lid on emotions like grief, anger and sadness and in her work she seeks out these underlying issues and helps people to resolve them.
More and more people are presenting with anxiety
Zoë says often it’s people who have never had anxiety before and they have no idea where it’s come from. She describes it as a message your body and brain are sending, a sign that there are issues that need to be looked at. She’s in no doubt that the extraordinary events of the last couple of years have taken their toll.
People get anxiety about their anxiety
Thankfully she has ways of helping people to get round the many manifestations and directions that anxiety can take.
If you are able to get to London, you can meet Zoë face to face for a session and if not, she can also do sessions via Zoom:
I’ve done a few videos with Zoë now about hypnotherapy and they’ve generated a lot of interest and have been very positively received. Do check them out by going to the Ageless YouTube channel.
I hope you enjoy today’s video.
