I started my Pilates journey a few months ago and have been doing mostly one to one sessions with a couple of instructors.
One of them is Serkan, who specialises in medical type pilates and injuries. He is working on all the muscle groups in my legs to try and strengthen the area around my knees, which we are attempting to rehabilitate.
I’m so impressed with all the Pilates instructors at Re:Form Pilates in Barnes, where I’ve been working out. Each one brings something unique and special to my sessions and I’ve learned so much from all of them. It’s a reformer studio but mat work is also included in the sessions with Serkan. He is working even the teeniest little muscles that I didn’t know I had.
