As per your many requests, I sit down with my husband, Michael Brandon, to take you through a short 10 minute meditation.

You can sit on a chair or sofa, with uncrossed legs and feet on the ground, with your back upright (not slouched) or you can lie down on the floor or your bed. If you’re flexible with good knees, you can sit upright with folded knees.

I used to do the latter but it’s no longer comfortable for me. My favourite is actually sitting up in bed with a pillow behind my back and my legs straight in front of me.

Whatever is most comfortable for you. You can record this on your phone so you can repeat at will.

  1. Yes very good iv been gardening all day and thinking about things as I garden as im getting older I try to keep focused and relaxed and stop and enjoy what im creating and enjoy the birds and what’s around. I garden every day and it keeps me fit and mindfully
