Natural help for anxiety and depression

This is simply one of the most amazing supplements I’ve ever used. No other supplement I’ve taken has given me a result as good as this. Of course we are all different and therefore results may vary, but for me this has been a life changer.

Albizia is known as the “happiness herb” and is native to China, Korea and Japan. It’s primarily used for anxiety, depression and insomnia. It contains powerful compounds that have an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effect.

Since taking this I feel calmer, less stressed, less anxious and have a real spring in my step. And I now sleep like a baby. I found that the effects continued improving and got better after a few months of taking it.

I read about it on the internet and then searched everywhere for it. At first I had to import from the US but have now found a great distributor right here in the UK.

Please do talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It’s not suitable for people with heart conditions or seafood allergies.

It does say it’s not suitable for people with heart conditions so sadly I think not. Have you checked out the Ageless YouTube channel? there’s a video with a very effective breathing exercise for anxiety.

  3. Hi Glynis, Do you happen to know if Albizia is a natural stimulant? I’ve tried Gingko Biloba & Korean Ginseng in the past and found it made the anxiety slightly worse. I’m wondering if this is maybe a similar type of supplement. It seems if I try anything stimulating, it doesn’t want to agree with me.

As far as I know (and also from personal experience) Albizia is not a stimulant. The other 2 that you mention most definitely are. Albizia should be calming and helpful for anxiety. Of course we are all different but I would say it’s worth a try. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn’t pleased with the result.

      1. I did actually buy some and to my surprise they’re really helping. I only take one a day at the moment but will probably up that to two a day soon. It really is a great product! Thank you for your insight.
