I do love a supplement. I think they’re an important part of a healthy lifestyle. The world is now so full of pollutants both inside and outside our homes, on your foods and in the air we breathe, that our bodies have much to deal with. Added to that, the soil in which our foods grow, has been much depleted.
I like to help my body out by giving it supplements
This comes on top of healthy eating and exercise. But there are a lot of supplements out there, so which ones should we be taking?

In the video below, I continue trying out supplements from the excellent DoSe range. I chose three that I think are worth knowing about:
Limitless Plus
This is a nootropic that helps to boost brain function and focus. Nootropics help with memory and brain fog. Great for a menopausal brain!
Milk Thistle Complex
Milk thistle supports the liver and is great if you like to have a drink. This complex also contains other compounds for liver detoxification. I always take a milk thistle on the days that I consume alcohol.
Turmeric Curcumin C3 Complex
Turmeric is a very powerful anti-oxidant and is called a “life extender” due to it’s incredible properties. Curcumin is the active compound in turmeric that holds all the benefits of turmeric. Curcumin on it’s own (as in this DoSe version) is gentle on the gut, whereas turmeric as a whole can cause upsets. I always look for the curcumin version. This is an incredible supplement that helps fight inflammation in the body and is great for joint pain.
