At the end of 2026 I was introduced to skin practitioner Lisa Harris. I immediately felt she was a kindred spirit.
Despite having over 30 years of experience, and being trained to do all the different tweakments, from botox to fillers to electrolysis, she no longer uses needles. Instead, she concentrates on the skin lipid barrier, the integrity of the skin microbiome and at the same time, has embraced technology. Radio frequency and lasers are her thing. She has top of the range machines and says these lasers can penetrate the skin better than a needle and with far less trauma.
A needle-free beauty regime sounds good
And so, I decided to embark on a Cool Laser course with her. She said it would tighten the skin and also help with pigmentation. And the good news is she can do right round the eye area. My eyes could do with a bit of help, so I’m completely up for it.
Over the course of 4 months, I did 3 sessions at her Weybridge Clinic. I charted the journey which I’m posting in 2 parts. Below you can see Part 1.
Lisa does many wonderful treatments and has the kind of expertise and knowledge that is hard to come by these days. She has incredible potions (usually involving peptides and exosomes) to give the skin nourishment at a cellular level.
