Marie Reynolds and Glynis Barber

Why a colonic may benefit you

I have to be honest, I never thought in a million years, that I would get a colonic. Never mind do a video on the subject.

And then two things happened. I developed some gut issues and found someone who thought it could help and that I could absolutely trust to do it.

Marie Reynolds is renowned for her wonderful skin treatments and her magical products. However, when you get to know her, it’s very evident that she is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, all aspects of health and definitely gives off healer vibes. She could talk me into anything. And Marie loves a colonic and frankly, is obsessed with poo.

As you will see in the video below!

Marie explains everything you need to know about colonics

I ended up doing 3 in fairly quick succession on Marie’s advice. I was supported in this with some of her own brand supplements, which are just as special as her skin products.

Probio+ – to support the microbiome. Having a colonic and ozone does decrease the good bacteria (as well as the bad) and this helps to replace these good bacteria and increase them.

Para-Purge – an anti parasitic blend. Marie says we have approx 100 parasite eggs and 1,000 parasite cysts in a gram of poo! We should be doing a parasite cleanse  every 3-4 months and do it around a full moon as serotonin levels are high and parasites come out to play. Parasites can link to low mood, food and sugar cravings, anxiety, brain fog, hormone imbalance, joint pain,  grinding teeth, an array of skin issues – itching bottom.. the list is endless so just doing a parasite cleanse will help the above.

I can confirm that when you have a colonic, lots of parasites are released and this helps to finish the job.

If you want to do a cleanse without the colonic then you could take Para-Purge as well. You could also take the supplements below in lieu of a colonic:

Inulin & Fos – a soluble fibre to soften stool.
Col-Motion – a lovely blend of herbs that allow better movement of fecal matter.
