This was Rosie Nixon’s life for over 15 years. After starting out in journalism, she held senior positions at 3 glossy magazines, before taking over the helm at Hello. The demands on her were huge, the hours long, all while raising a family. She felt torn between her young sons and the continual pull of work demands.
One day she simply collapsed under the weight of it all
She was signed off work by her doctor and for the first time in her adult life, she stopped. And something amazing happened. She began to truly listen to her inner voice and reflected on how she wanted to live her life.
