My Favourite New Beauty Finds

I’m always trying out new products for Ageless and many of them fall by the wayside gathering dust if I’m not enthused about them. However in the last few weeks I’ve found some new ones that I absolutely love and have become firm favourites. So of course I have to share these with you.

First of all I’m really loving the Love Lula site. They have the best selection of natural and organic products I’ve seen but more than that, they insist on all products being ethically sourced and environmentally friendly. And no animal testing whatsoever. Completely guilt free shopping.

I’m quite particular about my cleansers and always have at least two on my shelf. Firstly I like one that foams up quite nicely in the shower and makes my skin feel fresh and clean without drying it out. Most cleansers of this type are for younger or oilier skins and therefore too drying. Or they don’t quite do the job properly and leave your skin feeling not properly cleansed. Well I have now found the perfect foaming cleanser!!

TRILOGY Balancing Gel Cleanser – it foams like a dream, cleans like a dream and smells wonderful. It’s gentle, calming and not drying at all thanks to aloe vera, cucumber and chamomile extracts.

The other type of cleanser on my shelf is one that will remove all make up, be it light or heavy. And by heavy I mean my stage of film make up. Well it turns out Trilogy are great at all types of cleansers so am now absolutely loving

TRILOGY Cream Cleanser – a luxurious, silky cream with rosehip and evening primrose, it removes makeup brilliantly while leaving your skin feeling wonderfully nourished.

I’m a great lover of body oils as I believe they absorb and nourish the skin better than creams. I love trying out different ones and have completely fallen in love with

REN Moroccan Rose Otto Ultra-Moisture Body Oil – so light that it leaves no oily reside at all. Immediately absorbs into skin leaving a flattering sheen and a subtle smell of rose.

Green People are another favourite of mine and they’ve brought out their first lipstick, having only done lip crayons before. And it’s an absolute winner and bang on trend.

GREEN PEOPLE Velvet Matte Lipstick in Damask Rose – it’s a browny warm pink that would suit just about anyone. Not too dark but gives a flattering hue of colour and definition to the lips. It’s matte as are most of the new lipsticks this season but nice and velvety as described. The colour lasts well  and I think they’ve done an amazing job with it, as it really is what this seasons lipsticks are all about and is universally flattering. And organic and nourishing to boot! What more could a girl possibly ask for?

  1. Good conditioned lips are a must –
Experimenting with different shades of lipstick is fun, and most
importantly we should all do as our
    skin tone changes over time.

  2. Fantastic.at last some great organic cleansers, toners, moisturizers etc.Trilogy sound great.and love all green people products.would love to see what their new lipstick is like.so important to moisturise your lips as well as face etc

  3. I bought the Damask Rose lipstick, it’s so drying even after exfoliating and getting my lips ready. Not for me, Green People not interested so won’t be using them again! I am going to use it up as a blusher as colour on me is ok.
